Venue and Seating Information
Keswick Theatre is a historic, 1,300-seat performing arts venue in a restored 1928 building designed by Horace Trumbauer. Its orchestra and mezzanine arrangement provides assigned seating, and the theatre is recognized for its acoustics and stage sightlines. Because seats are assigned, guests can check their ticket details before arrival rather than relying on general-admission positioning.
The elevated mezzanine offers a broad view of the stage, while the orchestra places guests on the main floor. The venue information describes excellent sightlines throughout, but does not identify specific sections as better or worse for this production. Seating preferences may depend on whether guests prioritize a closer view or a wider perspective.
Parking Information
Parking options include the venue's rear lot and metered street spaces nearby. Guests using the lot should check the kiosk process: the venue information says to take a ticket to the box office for a voucher within 15 minutes of parking, before paying. No current parking price for the rear lot is provided.
- Keswick Theatre rear parking lot: Behind the venue at 291 N Keswick Ave, Glenside, PA 19038; kiosks are available.
- Metered street parking: Available on N Keswick Ave and surrounding streets, listed at $0.25 per hour and enforced Monday through Saturday until 8 p.m.
- Nearby neighborhood parking: Free and metered spaces may be available; follow posted restrictions, since vehicles in no-parking zones may be towed.
For a show-night visit, allow time to find a legal space and complete the kiosk or meter process. SEPTA access from Center City Philadelphia and front-entrance rideshare drop-off at 291 N Keswick Ave are additional transportation options.
